Description Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer is a two-component epoxy-based primer, containing reinforced zinc phosphate.
Characteristics
  • Can be sanded away easily,
  • High corrosion and humidity resistance,
  • Creates a plane surface for the air-drying topcoats which shall be applied on it.
Fields of Use Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer has been formulated to replace primers containing chromate due to environmental concerns.
It is successfully applied on all kinds of metal surfaces, particularly in the manufacture of commercial vehicles and vehicle materials.
It can also be used as the first coat primer or midcoat in the manufacture of steel constructions requiring high corrosion resistance.
